"Ordered pizza at 5:30 and delivery said estimated at 6:00. Called the store at 6:15 and was told that all the orders were gone and on their way. Get a notification that it’s going to be 7:10, I call the store again and was told there’s nothing they could do. When I told him the pizza was probably going to be cold all he would say was there’s nothing he can do. Pizza arrived at 7:20 and was cold."

"Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I called in to order about 15 pizzas. The call center transferred me directly to the store. Someone from the store picked up and debated with me about why the call center transferred me. He kept saying I don't know why they would transfer you here. Me: sir I have no clue!!! I am just trying to place a order for my daughter's birthday party today. I won't spend my money at this store again smh."
