"I can definitely say that if it weren't for the older white gentleman that started to manage this location about a yr ago this store would be on par with every other fast food establishment in Edgewood. I stopped eating at this location for about 5 yrs then one day my son ordered about 9 months ago and I was very impressed.... really impressed. Now it is a well oiled machine with friendly staff, great food and fast delivery. I eat here at least 1 every 2 wks and I LOVE IT. Thanks ladies and gentlemen of Dominos.... keep up the excellent work. "Long live the Noid!""

"I ordered a hand tossed pizza & a Brooklyn crust for pick up & when I got it home it was absolutely the worst pizzas I've ever had. The hand tossed was more like the Brooklyn crust & the Brooklyn was like thin crust & hard...I called but was told there was nothing they could do that those were the crust I ordered. HANDS DOWN THE WORST PIZZAS I'VE EVER HAD & WILL NOT EVER GO BACK THERE!!!"

"No complaints on the store itself per say, as usually no complaints, however, tonight didn't get my marinara sauce with my parmesan bites, which makes em useless and the websites not working At all, got my food about 5 mins ago, still saying "making" so I can't make a complaint. Annoying. I wouldn't have ordered the bites without the sauce, smdh. Waste of money as now I don't want em without sauce..."

"I accidentally put my address wrong and it was delivered and apparently my neighbors took it before I found it. So the person I spoke with on the phone had it remade and brought back out to me free of charge. I was having a hard day today and she just made one part of it so much brighter. She didn’t fix her mistake; she fixed MY mistake. And I’m so very grateful. Great job, Edgewood Domino’s!"

"When did it become acceptable and/or professional to be rude to anyone, let alone paying customers? I placed and paid for an order via the website and then went to my local Dominos to pick it up. Once I arrived at and walked into the store, none of the employees even acknowledged my presence despite the incredibly loud chime that is activated whenever anyone enters the restaurant. Not only that, I was the only customer in there and there were multiple employees just standing around including the obese manager on duty so I know for a fact that at least one of them saw me and/or heard the chime. Several minutes passed by as I stood at the counter playing a game on my phone while waiting to be acknowledged and helped. After running out of patience due to the discourteous behavior that was being displayed, I asked if I could get some help. Instead of saying "I'll be right with you," apologizing or responding as if he actually wanted to work and/or cared about maintaining his position there, the obese manager responded by saying, "what?" After repeating myself, he proceeded to debate with me by arguing that I'd just arrived which wasn't true because, as I said earlier, I stood there for several minutes (long enough to run out of 5 lives on the mobile game that I was playing) before saying anything at all. I told the obese manager that I'd been standing there long enough and he continued to go back and forth with me as if I can't tell time. When I pointed out to him that there were literally staff members just standing around, the fat manager argued that the other staff member didn't see me. So let me get this straight: the manager saw me yet chose not to utter a signal syllable to me until I said something to him (I mean how else would he have been able to lie about when I walked into the store if he suddenly became blind and couldn't hear?) and the other staff member was literally standing right in front of me on the opposite side of their work station but you expect me to believe that he didn't see me? Even if he hadn't seen me (extremely unlikely), at the very least he should've heard the door chime when I walked in but I guess all of them suddenly became deaf and blind during those moments. Instead of taking accountability or even acknowledging what had transpired, the fat manager became argumentative by responding as if I was bothering him and then he walked over to the register, grabbed my food and pushed the boxes into my hand. That particular male is never nice or courteous when I go there and to top it off, they never get my damn order right. How difficult is it to put extra tomato sauce on a pizza? I'll be ecstatic when this location goes out of business and/or gets replaced by a restaurant that consists of employees who understand the meaning of professionalism, kindness, respect and good customer service. Until then, I guess I will get my pizza from a different place moving forward. I'd only started ordering from there because I had gift cards but Dominos is the bottom of the barrel anyway and there are multiple restaurants in the area that sell better tasting food without subjecting paying customers to all of the unnecessary, unprofessional behavior."
