"Our Parking Brake is not fully disengaging. How do I know? I can feel the brakes catching. I have OnStar emails telling me there's a problem. The car is telling me the Parking Brake needs servicing. And, since the brakes are grabbing, the car is, at times, saying the transmission needs servicing. So why the 1 star review? I tell them what's happening and drop the car off at 9AM. I call at 1PM to find out that they can't reproduce the issue. I call again at 4:50, knowing they close at 5, and the person at the Service desk is gone for the day. I call at 10 AM the next day to find out they still can't reproduce the issue. This costs me $62. What was the plan here? If they kept the car for another day would they have billed me $124? While I understand the Mechanic spent time looking at the vehicle, and should be compensated, the complete lack of communication is what I have a problem with. Note, I called them each time. We brought the car at Troy-Alan. So why not go there? It's a 20 minute drive to Brookville and a 45 minute drive to Kittanning. It was closer. That was a mistake."

"At number one brookville you don’t save money. Bought 3 vehicles from you one trail boss at 50k+ a TRX at 91k and a Silverado 3500 at 65k. Paid 91k for the TRX and was show that’s what it was worth then come back to trade it in and then showed the window sticker of the truck new was only 80k!"
