"Friendly and nice staff, however, when my wife stopped here 2 hours from home with a dead battery from NAPA, they tested it and said it was ok and just needed to charge. She had 4 more stops and had to get jumped each time in order to get home. After I charged it all night, jumped it in the AM and took it to Autozone because my local NAPA doesn't have battery service (what?), it was clearly dead."
