Their only downside is that you usually have to book about a week in advance because they are so busy. So don't wait til the last minute for your inspections!"

"I had a very pleasant experience at Kroft's Auto Repair. I came into the shop to have an inspection done on my car. The staff was polite, kind, very informative and hard working because the electrical connection for the back lights on my car, were not in the usual location and the mechanic had to diligently search for it. Once he found it, he saw that a fuse was missing, which is why all my car's back lights were out. He put in a new fuse and the lights were working. Although this was not a major service problem, it would have caused my car to fail the inspection and besides that all the exterior lights on a car are important to have properly, working.
