"I've never had any issues at this place any time I have come here. With that being said, last week, I needed a new battery. The service I received went above and beyond the call of duty. I normally change out my batteries myself, but the old battery was so corroded that the cables attached to the battery were stuck on. What normally is a 5 min job, took 20 mins just to get the damn battery out! He never once complained about all the extra work and effort it took to do the basic task and was very informant on topics/questions I asked pertaining to my car. Battery was changed out with them taking the old one, free of charge."

"Do NOT buy a battery from this company. If you loose your receipt you battery warranty is worthless. We bought a DieHard Gold about 4 months ago and if we can't find the receipt it will be our biggest paperweight. The battery is in perfect condition on the outside and has not been dropped or scuffed. The battery has a manufacture date of 06/20. I was told this is their corporate policy so be warned. If you do buy a battery from Advanced put your receipt in the safe."
