"It was my first time getting a car inspected in Pennsylvania and they made it a very great experience. All the guys there were very friendly and had smiles on their faces while being extremely professional. Once I handed the keys over they got started right away, there was no waiting around and wondering when they were gonna get to my car so that was great. They finished in a very timely manner and when I got in my vehicle I immediately noticed a cup with candy and a bag of Doritos. Needless to say I’ll be back with all my vehicles in the future."

"Other than a lovely family owned business, there are a lot of things that keep me coming back to Glenns Auto. First, they are honest as the day is long – if you don’t need something, they’re not gonna tell you you do. If you ask a question about the care of your car, you can expect an honest answer. Honest, meaning truthful. They’re never out to make a buck on an extra this, or an extra that. The second thing I like about them is they will consult you before they move forward with something unexpected. I took my old Tahoe in for an inspection, and it needed $1200 of extra work. Rather than going forward and doing the work, they called and waited until they could talk to me and consulted me. They offered an economical solution so that I could pass inspection-allowing me to split that amount up into two visits rather than getting hit all at once. They’re always honest about their time and set reasonable expectations. Sometimes it’s hard to get in as soon as you want, but it’s only because they are busy.. And they always work out away for you.
