"My wife and I went in to this wiggins to complete a out of state title transfer, my wife needed to update her license before doing the transfer. (No Problem) We were willing to go to the DMV to get that done before transfering the title. The two ladies at the front were very rude! Before we could even finish asking a few questions about the process the lady wearing the baseball cap rudly cut me off and said "We can't do anything for you here, go to the other auto tag place down the road." Then the other lady who was wearing a pink shirt got up from her seat and began to agree with her co worker. Both women were basically telling my wife and I to leave! These women clearly have no idea on how to speak to customers! We are shocked and appalled that this happen to us dispite the negative reviews this location already had. The two women definitely need customer service training. We will never do business here! Beware!"

"The woman there was horrible and rude. My fathers surname was on his license and not on his insurance so she told us she couldn't do anything. We were trying to buy a car off a family member. She basically told us to go somewhere else. I would never go here again. Terrible!"

"My experience was good—I got my car registers here from out of state. They know what they're talking about and are friendly and patient (letting me dash home to get relevant paperwork, for instance). The rate is pretty high—$30 for my paperwork—but it's fine, well worth the convenience of good service."

"I do not recommend this place at all! I drove 1 hour from Philadelphia to buy a motorcycle, and we went to Wiggins 15 minutes before closing. I had a problem with my insurance and was on hold while they were sorting something out, and at 5:00pm on the dot, they kicked me out! They weren't even nice about it, they just seem to want to get out of there ASAP so they could go back to their meaningless lives. Their rates are also high, and they made me write 2 checks for outlandish fees. I would not go to this place again if I had to, and don't recommend anyone give this awful place their business."
