"It’s absolutely outrageous when you literally have to pay $500 a year for a mailbox and on top of that they want to charge you $50 a month just for 24 hour access. I’ve never been to a store to be so disgusting and literally overcharging their customers, I know the owner of this business literally also owns the Wayne location and Kimberton location which is in Phoenixville. I would stay away from those locations because they want to charge an extra $50 for no reason. Being able to access your mailbox 24 seven should be a definitive ability, no matter what they shouldn’t be no extra charge for that they’re already charging almost as if I’m renting a room just for a simple mailbox."

"Went to drop off a return package and was denied to get a return label printed, the staff insisted me to use the computer and pay to print for the return label. The return instructions of my pqckage clearly state that I don't need to print a label. "We've attached shipping instructions and a return label to this email. No printer? No problem. To finish your return without printing a label, package your items, bring them to UPS and show them this UPS Return Code when you arrive" The staff wasn't even ready to listen."

"This is on uwchlan Ave in Exton and in a small strip mall. The parking at this facility is common parking and mostly okay and could be challenging based on the time you visit. I stopped here for a quick ups drop-off package. The place has copier machines for usage, packing supplies, and shipping options. Although the supply price might be on a little high side , it's out there if you need it on an urgent basis. The staff was friendly and attended me quickly and dropped the package and good experience!!"

"Outstanding customer service from Anthony Fillman, the manager of UPS store #0754 in Exton, PA. Anthony went above and beyond to resolve a shipping issue I had (paid for guaranteed overnight shipping that didn't arrive for 3 days.) He made multiple calls and made sure I got reimbursed when UPS stated they would not reimburse me. I am sure many UPS managers would not have done that. This is the kind of customer service you do not see much anymore, and outstanding customer service is ultimately what keeps customers."
