"Had one good experience with them putting tires on my car in a timely manner, but after a couple of issues resulting in poorly done oil changes, I won't be bringing my car back to be worked on by this location. Months ago, I had an issue with an oil change when they did not put quite enough oil in the engine, which I wrote off as a one time error and I just topped off a little of what they didn't put in, but just yesterday after an oil change, I had to bring my car into another shop since the supposedly new oil filter Walmart installed was leaking so much oil, I had to pay again for all new oil and a new filter. Lesson learned."

"I arrived at the auto center for my scheduled appointment. The mechanic said he had to check to see if they had my filter in stock. Went into the store checked the aisle came back and said the filter was not in stock. He offered to perform the oil change if I went to another auto parts store to get a filter and come back. My appointment was at 6:00pm (which was their choice) and they close at 7:00pm. I immediately parked and went inside to the auto section. They had the exact required oil filter available in every brand. I normally change the oil in my vehicles but every so often I need a reminder of the trashy service these days."
