"After putting off our roof for a couple years too long, we decided to finally just get it done. We hadn’t had great experiences with contractors, so we were a little worried about this larger project. We met with two companies before Brothers, and without going into detail, we were just as worried as when we started. We decided to try one more before choosing the “best of the worst”. As soon as we met Ryan, we could tell something was different. Ryan was the only one to get on the roof and in our attic. He spent time explaining the entire project and process to us, instead of spending all his time trying to “sell us”. We decided to hire Brothers, and from there on, everything was as great. The installation went great, and the clean up was even better. We spent a little more than the other estimates, but the other estimates simply were not offering the same project. Brothers was the best value by far, and we will never go anywhere else for our remodeling needs."

Chris (field supervisor) took pictures before he moved our Christmas decorations and put them right where they were. The team did an excellent job cleaning up all the roofing debris and nails from my property. I am very pleased with Brother Services!"

What finally sold me, after an initial consultation, was those in the Savage MD showroom as they patiently guided me through a selection process. The workers who came to my home were all professional, timely and clean. In addition, an assigned customer care person called each week to go over progress and assess my satisfaction. I’m extremely pleased with the results and have received many compliments from friends and family."
