"I went to the Palisades UPS on MacArthur to drop off a package, but couldn’t walk much because of a badly sprained ankle. Faith noticed me outside and came over to my car to get me all I needed for the shipment, told me to honk when I was ready and she’d come back for my package. I literally did the whole transaction from my car, which I really appreciated because my foot was hurting a lot. Thank you, Faith, for being a such a kind person and such a customer service pro! She really went above and beyond!"

"I won't swear that this is my first ever google review, but it might be -- leaving online reviews is not really something I do. But about 8 hours ago, I ran a quick errand, shipping something at this UPS branch, right on the heals of a phone call that had me rattled. I wasn't hysterical, but I was rattled and deep in my own head. Elise was so warm and kind. I'm confident she would have provided excellent customer service regardless, but she graciously picked up on the fact that I was probably having a bad day, moreover I was worried because my items being shipped were fragile, and with a very kind smile and tone of voice, she told me she'd take care of me. And I believed her. And 8 hours later, reflecting on my day, that brief interaction was atypically impactful. Elise literally made my entire day better, just by being kind and patient and offering solid customer service at a moment when I was overwhelmed by even the simplest task.
