"This place is great in general, but Paul is the star of the show. He's so friendly and always makes time in his busy night to say hi and check in on us. He makes each of our trips memorable, and has turned us into regular customers here. We now have our Saturday date nights here and love to grab a drink and go bowling!"
"Plenty of entertaining stuff. Would be a good place to have a kids bday party. Bowling, go karts, laser tag, arcade, bar. Staff is nice but not exactly helpful, sorry to say. I asked if it was cheaper to pay for bowling by the game or by the hour and was told hourly, which cost more, and our second game got cut off halfway through. Tried to call multiple times to book a lane in advance and they didn’t pick up the phone. Overall it’s a fun spot worth going to and thanks for having us."
"I turned 33 today, and we had a super fun and fast race around the Arnold Go Kart track. The track crew made sure I had a great time for my special day, and I drifted around those turns like Dale Earnhardt Jr.! 10/10! Would come again! Also this whole place is pretty cool. Way better than any other fun center I’ve been to. There are loud sections where the arcade is, but there are also some quieter nooks where you can sit and take a break from the stimulation. They have some old arcade games as well as plenty of modern ones. The aesthetic of the old brick building made me feel at home. Thanks Arnold’s!"
"This was an on the whim visit. I was was very excited but was very underwhelming and disappointed. Pricing: reasonable for the kids Attractions: - go karts had a line, and the wait looked too long - mini golf was horrible, the balls didn't glow (you'll lose it in the dark) overall just very cheaply executed. - kids jump house was fun for the kids but the attendant was asleep on the mats. He looked miserable. - kids train shooter was broken in one seat and I watched a little girl fake play for a whole 3 minutes, no refund or attempted to make it better. It looked fun when it works. - bumper cars were fun but sad to see several cars broken in the corner. - arcade was fun, surprised the card value held for as long as it did. The mini string bowling was fun for our 4yr old. The sad part was the large collection of broken games with no signs. Facilities: - back bathroom was cheaply repaired and made you feel as if it was dirty - main bathroom was clean yet the 1 toilet stall had a household toilet seat... Unsanitary for commercial use does not follow code. - the concrete floor has holes and are trip hazards watch where you walk - rugs had tape, trip hazard watch where you walk - in the back by the kid area is a random air hockey table with an exposed extension cord. This looks to be a electrical hazard if a kid were to grab it. Unacceptable, should be in conduit. Won't visit again, but it was a reasonable time for the $30 price for the kid package."
"I recently visited Arnold's Fun Center in Oaks, Pennsylvania, and my experience was rather underwhelming. While there were a few positives, the overall atmosphere left much to be desired. First and foremost, the center seemed to be understaffed. The lack of sufficient staff members resulted in slower service and longer wait times, which was quite frustrating. It was evident that the staff was overwhelmed and struggling to keep up with the demands of the customers. Furthermore, the employees appeared disinterested and unmotivated. Their lackluster attitudes conveyed a sense that they didn't want to be there, which significantly impacted the overall experience. It was disheartening to see such a noticeable lack of enthusiasm from the staff. On a positive note, the bowling alley was the only highlight of my visit. The lanes seemed like they were taken care of, and the overall bowling experience was enjoyable. However, it's disappointing that this was the sole redeeming feature amidst an otherwise depressing atmosphere. Finally, it is not a bad spot for kids. It offers various activities that can keep them entertained. However, it is worth mentioning that the fun atmosphere advertised by the center was not fully realized during my visit. The lackluster staff and overall ambiance took away from the enjoyable experience that was promised. While children may still have a decent time, the overall atmosphere did not match up to the expectations set by the advertisements. In conclusion, Arnold's Fun Center falls short of expectations due to its understaffed nature and the employees' apparent lack of enthusiasm. While the bowling alley was a saving grace, it couldn't compensate for the overall disappointing experience. I hope that the management addresses these issues to create a more positive and engaging environment for future visitors."
