"Totally enjoyed the Dancing with the Local Stars champions. Great performances by everyone. Staff is always the most helpful abs cordial."
"Such a beautiful, vintage feeling theatre. Have been here many times to see different things and never once I have I been disappointed. If thinking about coming for a show you will not regret it!"
"We visited for the 30th anniversary of the Gettysburg movie. Staff was very friendly and helpful and they were constantly ushering people and quickly cleaning up messes from the crowd. Parking is a bit difficult during a large event like this but there is a garage behind the theater available for reasonable rates. Concession prices are reasonable and many choices as well. This event did not offer chosen seating and it was first come first serve. I would prefer to choose a seat when purchasing tickets. We were able to find a good seat but once others are seated with their group, they tend to not want to give up the seat next to them so that they have more room. People were also often unfriendly but with a large, sold out event like this, I think chosen seating would be better. There were a few technical difficulties in which the movie stopped completely and had to be reset but they were quick to correct and restart."
"Saw the movie Gettysburg. Great theater, many actors and the Director were there to meet fans. Great town to visit and the self guided battlefield tour is the best way to learn history."
"Beautifully restored 1925 theater, magically renovated and brought back to life. Wonderful main room with balcony, the original ceiling tiles, and lovely chandeliers, an added 50s-style-lobbied twin cinema with a fantastic roster of art-house, independant, and yes, select first-run movies (we saw the Baz Luhrmann-directed "Elvis" with the absolutely astonishing Austin Butler - a phenomenon!) and wonderful facilities. Park behind in the reasonably-priced public parking garage on East Racehorse Alley, dine at Kazue (ramen and sushi) and stay at the adjoining historical Gettysburg Hotel."
