"Avoid at all costs!! Called this guy for a quote and told him exactly what I needed to be done, He was the cheapest. Brought my vehicle in there For a job that was only supposed to take 2 days max, He had it for 6 days, zero Updates ! and when I would call for an update, he would raise his voice and say "I'm working on it!!!!" Wow really!? Extremely unprofessional and rude! And To make it even worse when I picked up my vehicle He inflated the price By $200! And even worse yet, Now I have a check engine light on where he broke a clip to an O2 sensor and tried to zip-tie it back on instead of fixing it properly! Total crook !! Avoid! avoid! avoid!! Oh, and then they charge you an extra transaction fee for using your credit card! Stay away from these people!"
"Excellent place. Definitely knows what he is doing."
"Jim's auto repair is wonderful. That is the only mechanic I take my vehicles too. They have great hospitality and they answer all of your questions. I would recommend my friends and family to go to Jim's auto repair."
"This shop was recommended to us by my brother in law. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience and will not be able to recommend Jim's. We brought our vehicle in believing that there was a problem with the axle and told the mechanic this. We left the vehicle and they "fixed" the issue, along with a few other items we requested, including a state inspection. Upon driving home we noticed that the problem was still there. We called the shop and they told us to bring it back in. They inspected the truck and... not to our surprise... the problem was the axle. We were then charged an additional $600 for an issue we were assured was fixed the first time. My husband called to express his concerns and the mechanic was extremely rude. To his credit, when my husband picked up the truck and mentioned that he was rude, he did apologize briefly, but the damage had already been done. They will no longer be receiving our business."
"I love it here! Jim is very nice and friendly and has been a friend of my family member for some time now. Always honest and very fair. Highly recommend Jim's Auto Repair. Also has storage units available for a reasonable price!"
