"We've been using Jay's Automotive for about 3 years since moving into the Ranson, WV area. They have been great. My appointment this week was to get my tires balanced and wheels aligned as my car was making road noise after a fender-bender I had in August. They did this work, but also let me know that my rear brakes were in need of pads and that the noise I was hearing was due to a bad wheel bearing. They gave me a quote for what it would take to get those issues addressed in the future, without any pressure.
