"Happy to have the opportunity to support this small business. They had several options available when I needed to replace the front passenger tire on my 2021 Hyundai Venue. Friendly staff, nice lobby, and they got to work on my vehicle right away. Cost for service didn't break the bank, either. I would definitely recommend."
"We had a tire blow out and they sold us four used tires, said they were in good condition and had a lot of life left in them and less than two months later one of the tires blew out on me while driving and from the look of it the other tires are almost to that point too! $400 down the drain and now I have to buy four more tires just two months later!"
"Amazing customer service. Jeff at the shop is over the top. I’m travelling home from a trip and had a nail in my tire. He took care of me right away and was super helpful. These guys are amazing."
"Great service from start to finish...had a flat wasn't from the area other places I called couldn't get me right in and I'm glad they couldn't, excellent price even though I was stuck they didn't take advantage of that fact which means alot today family owned and operated business and you can definitely tell thanks for the excellent service!"
"Started great and went downhill from there. Got a flat on a day trip from Pittsburgh to DC. Was happy to find Pope, and they installed a used tire with lots of tread left. By the time we arrived in DC, the tire was near flat. I made it back to Pittsburgh that night with multiple stops to inflate. Next day I called and talked to the owner. He would not take any responsibility: “You could’ve run over a nail.” Entirely possible, sure, but what is the far more likely explanation? I have no problem with a tire defect, but it was awfully cheap and legalistic for the owner to not offer even a partial adjustment. Further, he was combative and hung up on me."
