"Before starting my 200 mile drive home after visiting my daughter in Jefferson County, and a little concerned about the way my AWD Toyota Sienna was driving, I brought my car to Evermore for road check. Wow: So glad I did! Kevin was able to look at the car right away and, as I thought might be the case, found several issues with the aging and worn run-flat tires on my Toyota Sienna. He took the time to discuss the repair options with me, including the pros and cons of replacing the single ruptured tire vs. undertaking the bigger job of replacing all of the tires. He was patient and objective in discussing the costs and performance of run-flats vs. traditional radials and the impact of mismatched tires on AWD systems. So welcome was that he did not pressure or "talk down" to me in the way I've found many mechanics sometimes do. Though a little nervous about doing this big job far from home, I decided to swap all four run-flats for radials. Kevin was able to get the parts needed and get me on the road by the following morning (and at a very reasonable price).
