"I had the great opportunity to bring my mom's vehicle to this location for WV annual inspection. They conducted a thorough inspection of the vehicle; they even pulled out the air filter chamber and observed that the vehicle had a collection of papers (as mice may have found a haven warm location there). They informed me about it, so I can be aware that mice may chew on the electrical connections/wiring which will be an unpleasant surprise. Furthermore, they checked my brakes and suggested that I find the time to change its brake fluid as part of the regular maintenance of the vehicle - which I intend to do through them in the near future! The crew was overall very courteous and knowledgeable! Additionally, I had the chance to meet Mrs. Brown, the owner, she was so down-to-earth pleasant and welcoming person. I was informed that in addition to tires and brakes and towing (and U-HAUL rentals), they will also do all kinds of repairs to even include engine and transmission replacement through Jasper Motors/Transmissions. I would welcome anyone from within the area to give these guys a try: you will NOT regret it! "My experience with Brown's has always been very positive. Their prices are fair and they clearly communicate any work that needs to be done. This week, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, but two days before the appointment, a nail punctured one of my tires. I dropped off the car with no appointment hoping they could find time to look at the tire. They got it fixed and took care of the oil change the same day. I appreciate the service, honesty, and friendly staff. My husband and I bring both of our cars here and will continue to do so."
