"I came to this place to get a Ryobi warranty repair for my mower, now that Home Depot weaseled out of this service (wasn't this one of the main advantages to buying these very-ok Ryobi tools in the first place??). Takes an hour by car to get here. On the plus side, its a beautiful drive through Harper's Ferry, and Shepherdstown is very quaint historic town (college town) to get a coffee or lunch. Anyway, Richard Buracker offers a great service, making it doubly worthwhile to have made the trip (twice). Turnover is about a week."
