"I would go company with this company. I strongly advise against leasing. They tell you it’s not a walk away lease. But they don’t tell you they keep all of your money if you quit. There is a $240 deduction a week for a maintenance account. When you use this account they charge you $65. So if you go to the shop for let’s say a plug for the tire. Costs about $40. JLE charges you $65 to pay that out of that account. If you use the shop at JLE (if you can get in) they charge you still the $65 for using the maintenance account plus and additional 25% for using their facilities. There is a rental fee ($225) plus mileage per week for the trailer. Granted they pay for any cost to the trailer unless you did the damage. But technically at $225 a week, you paid for it. The OS board is ok. It’s nice to be able to pick your own load. But the majority of loads are 3 or more hours away, there are also times I have taken a load and after I dropped it off, they I’m told they can’t get me out of the area, so I would have to dead head 6 or 7 hours to get the next load. You also get fuel off of a 3rd party app. There is a $0.25 - $0.30 fuel discount. But if the app doesn’t work.. your stuck until 8 am EST until someone gets in to fix the problem. If you do decide to lease, get extra bungees and an extra middle tarp. You will find that if the load over hangs the trailer just a little bit, the 3 tarps aren’t long enough. And the D rings are so spread out, tarping can be difficult. I left due to lack of loads and low pay. I had $7,500 in the maintenance account and they took it all. I would get a lawyer, but I figure, by the time the lawyer takes their cut and the time I would have to take off work to deal with it.. it wouldn’t be worth the battle. So again, if you decide to lease.. you can’t say I didn’t try to warn you. I just hope you experience is better than mine was."

"Had a recruiter cut me off on i71 north of Cincinnati ohio... vin on side of truck was #LLLM8469. The driver cut off traffic to get to an exit then cut back into traffic. Poor excuse of a driver!"

"Hands-down, one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for. It’s the closest thing to being a owner operator that you were ever come to. It’s a lease purchase but your able to go on any load board and pick your own load and negotiate the money for yourself. I parted ways due to the dispatcher not send me help once’s I broke down and had be sitting for 3 days. This was the only bad time with them. I can’t blame the the company because once the higher ups was made aware they tried everything they could to get me back but I had a bad taste in my mouth at that time. On hind sight I wish I could have made. Different decision. Other than that I would recommend them hands down and tell drivers to make your decisions on facts not emotions. In 6mos I had grossed 120k"
