"We took our 2 year old daughter on her first train ride last night. We chose first class for the North Pole express. We would highly recommend that anyone take this trip. This will be an annual tradition for Christmas. Keep up the amazing work."
"We rode the Polar Express with our kiddos over the weekend. It was a great experience. The staff were very organized and everything when very smoothly. Forewarning the event does say to arrive 30 minutes prior to time which we did and it just involved standing in line at your section waiting to board. It was a very long and cold 30 minutes with three kids under 5. But other than the pre boarding time everything was super cute and fun. Kids had a blast!"
"Cool train, clean, but the car was very cold. About half way though the 3 hour ride, someone came and fixed the heater. Meal was good (way too much food). Not sure it was worth over $300 for 2 people. Still was fun and Santa was a nice touch"
"Fantastic experience for the whole family and highly recommend. The whole staff was very friendly and sincere. We had a premium car with meal service, ordered the pork tenderloin, ribeye, and chicken Alfredo. Alfredo was the best of all three. Steak was tough and lack body and flavor. Pork was dry and unremarkable. Servers failed to bring cornbread, and forgot to bring it out after I mentioned something. Took the little one to the snack cart and ordered nachos with cheese. The person prepping the order poured the cheese on e nachos about five inches from his face while breathing on the meal. Aside from what came out of the kitchen and the food prep experience, everything else was fantastic. We saw no less than 13 eagles on our trip, providing plenty of opportunity for photos and observation. If I were to go back, I'd opt for coach seats and pass on the premium."
"We enjoyed the afternoon. Appreciated being able to ride in the open car. Were not able to hear the gentleman there giving instructions as to where to look for eagles, nests or deer... The boxed lunch was better than expected, except the minimal amount of turkey on sub. Great chips, apple, and cookie. All staff were lovely."
