He didn’t return my calls or texts to discuss the improper and incorrect repair that cost me $200, and the leak continued daily. No solution was offered until I visited the garage with a diagnostic invoice in hand from a transmission specialist who will need $500 to make the correct repair. He kept 50% of my $200. This repair was beyond his knowledge with inappropriate accountability and an unprofessional attitude. Very disappointed."
