"Last minute accommodations! Tiny, clean, and charming. I did have trouble getting the door to latch and lock, but this was a delightful little miniature place for an overnight or short stay on the grounds of the Chautauqua Institution."

"I stayed at the Maple Inn for some work I was doing near Chautauqua and it was a fantastic establishment. The owners were extremely, friendly, accommodating and absolute gems. The rooms are relatively small, but given the location of the Inn I was not surprised. The rooms are lovely nonetheless and have kitchenettes that make staying there for work very pleasant. The only con for me was that the particular room I was staying in had twin beds pushed together to make a full size bed and thus made sleeping very difficult and the mattresses were way too firm for my liking so I slept on the pull-out couch instead. My colleagues said that their beds were fantastic, so I am led to believe that my particular room was the odd ball out. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who is visiting the area. Despite the issue with the bed, this place is definitely worth five stars!"

"We spend a weekend every January at The Maple Inn. It is a very nice place. Efficiency appts allow us to prepare food if we wish. The rooms are spacious enough so that spending a weekend in winter is very comfortable."
