"I would not rent from this company. I currently live in one of their units. It has been hell since we moved in. There is still black mold in the hallway. They break promises, out right lie, and their repair man literally stomped and dropping hammers and equipment on the floor in the unit above us. This lasted from the first week of May until late August. We were promised a townhouse for June 1st. we are still waiting. If I could give a negative score I would. I suppose telling the truth on a Google review is this company's version of "internet games" ... 2 weeks later and instead of fixing the black mold (see the picture I posted which was taken from the unit where they "allowed" us to store our Christmas tree) now it is in our dining room. This company is petty and very immature. Their response is hilarious. I planted 150 sunflowers and other plants the building looks amazing on the outside so I would say that earns at least 2 stars as tenants."

"This company completely ignored a judge's order to return my money to me. I applied for one of their rentals, was approved, paid my security deposit + first months rent, but was unable to move in due to issues at the property. When I didn't receive my money back (as the lease stated I should have), I took it to court. The judge issued a judgement to have all my money returned to me. They just decided not to adhere to that order and pay the money they owe. I want to say I'm shocked, but I found out too little, too late that the owner of this company has quite the history. Do some research before applying, but I highly recommend not doing business with them at all. As a side note, I see they like to respond to reviews. Awesome, because I would love to know why my money was not returned to me as per the judge's order."

"Sherry left a horrible impression with me. I contacted her about a property for rent and she was very condescending during the cal but I set up an appt the best day at 4pm. She called me back 10 minutes later to change the time to 5:30pm. I show up to the house at 5:10pm and sat in my car. At 5:35, I had not heard from her and she did not call so I left. She called at 5:37 to say that she is leaving work now. I told her she was not there at the set time so I left. When I told her that I did not want to reschedule, she hung up the phone on me. If she is what this company represents, look elsewhere. In fact, run!! I can only imagine how they handle problems once you move in. Do not waste your time or money!!! And if you read some of the responses from this company on the reviews, it’ll tell you all you need to know. Glad I voiced my complaint BEFORE I spent my money!!"

"This company is horrible. I applied to rent a home and I make 3x the rent and my credit score is in the low 600’s. I was told that I’ll need a co-signer (because they said my credit score is low) & I will have to pay 1st month, last month, and security deposit just to move in. If people needed a certain credit score, IT SHOULD BE LISTED ON THE WEBSITE. Instead, they’re taking people’s application fee’s as extra money. They’re a complete joke."

"They don’t even deserve the one star that I gave them. If there is less than one star, I will go with it. You feel that you are living in a shelter. Never fix any damages in the apartment."
