York Square Apartments 275 Braden School Road, Beaver Falls, PA 15010

"I stayed at York Square for 18 months while working on a project. Everything was absolutely great. The staff is friendly and accommodating of any needs. They treat you like a person, not just another number. Regina, Dean, and the other people working there are really nice. It is very peaceful and affordable. I had looked for apartments around the area, and nothing was remotely close to the price I paid for this apartment. I only had to put in 2 service requests and they were taken caren off within 24 hours. They do a good job with snow shoveling and keeping the sidewalks clear. There's also plenty of parking. If I ever come back to the area, I'm going back to York Square. If you're looking for apartments around the area, I would definitely at least give them a call and see the apartments they got."

"Highly overpriced for the area you can rent a WHOLE house in this town for 4-600$ let alone these poorly kept up with not renovated apartments. These are more like the projects I would not pay more than 400 for these due to the fact that they have gone without update since the 80/90s and don’t get me started on the ac units. I have lived all over the country and never experienced such high costs for so little. If you need an apartment or house contact me I know many homes in the area for rent for as much as they ask here."

"I rented a studio apartment for the summer of 2015 while I interned in the area. The fridge was a mini fridge like you would find in a dorm room, you could barely fit any food in it, so grocery runs happened every other day. The A/C was laughably bad. It didn’t cool well and was incredibly loud. I used to heat for one night and I think the unit uses resistance heat, so look forward to a huge power bill in the cold Pa winter. The on-site manager was difficult to deal with and did not want to give me something as simple as a receipt for rent payment so that my company could reimburse me. The interior was very old in terms of style and actual age. The apartment I rented was furnished, I think with furniture that were hand-me-downs from a motel that got the furniture as hand-me-downs from a hotel back in the 90’s. To their credit, the property was kept clean and it was generally quiet, save to roar of the A/C units. I lived here because the company I was interning with recommended it and I was going to college in Va, so looking for an apartment was really and option. If you want a place that sucks the happiness out of life, you found the place. If living in a miserable apartment isn’t for you, look elsewhere. This place will make you dread coming home from work."

"Excellent apartments! You can see the care and attention to detail that the staff puts into their work. They were friendly, easy to contact, and very responsive. The apartments themselves are cozy and peaceful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area."

"I really like it here. I have a two-bedroom, which they have very few of here at this location, but I like it very much. I wish the outside was a little more aesthetically pleasing, it is very stale and static here. I lived for a NUMBER of years, in a property managed by the same company but in a different location. I found it a lot more pleasurable outside there, but this place is still pretty good. They REALLY make an effort to take care of everything and make you comfortable though. Snow is ALWAYS shoveled, walks are ALWAYS clear...now that the weather is breaking, grass is cut, things are neat and clean. Just a nice place to live."
