"Needed new tires before vacation and came here. Seemed like a really nice place and they did alright on the front aignment but when I went back a 2nd time for tires on the rear, their tire tech scraped the paint off my wheel and rather than apologize and try to make it right, they tried to say my (2012) wheel was old and "it was bound to happen". He said the tire machine never touched the wheel and the old bubbly paint probably chipped off when the tire separated from the rim. Really? Look at the photos and you can see all along the outside rim where the tire machine was scraping. You be the judge. Is this an old tire? Was this unavoidable? Or was this carelessness? The reason for the bad review is the whole ignorance of it all. No attempt to make it right. Not even an apology. If they'd attempted to make it right I'd avoided the 1 star rating."

"Gotta thank the guys for the quick turnaround on our trailer tire replacement, especially since we were 3 hours from home. We got the tire replaced for under 100 bucks which was obviously way cheaper than $236 for just the tire without install from Tractor Supply."
