"I have taken my cars here several times to get repairs done. They are very professional at diagnosing the problem and fixing it. A very good job at a reasonable price. I would recommend to anyone."
"I have been taking my VW's here since 2016 for all my maintenance needs. Never have been disappointed with service or the quality of work. Just got all my brake and rotors changed fairly quickly and on short notice. These are great guys and knowledgeable mechanics on foreign cars."
"Do NOT do business with this shop. They made it seem like they knew what they were doing when I talked to them about a timing chain job. Dropped the car off, running with a bad miss. They put a timing chain on it and picked it up 3 weeks later. Wife drove it for 3 days. THEN started it one day and made god awful metal on metal sounds in the head Called them back and they said to bring iback, thank god for warranties. Took it back and he said he would take a look at it. 4 weeks later he finally looks at it (I’d call for updates and he wouldn’t answer my phone calls). Then wife calls to start getting updates. Says no oil pressure, he asks me what to do. (I thought he was the mechanic and would have suggestions) Long story short I tell him to put it back together and I’ll come pick it up. $381 to pull the oil pan off and put it back on. Lol. When I pick the car up, I can’t start it now, no oil in it, dead battery. I guess I should have done the job myself in the first place. So, $2,400 later I have a car in worse shape than when I dropped it off. Chalk that up as a big loss. Hopefully he feels good about himself. Normally when you pick up your car from getting worked on you get to drive it home."
"I took my car there with the intention, the mechanic was just going to look at it and let me know which is what I conveyed to him. He calls me the next day and already did work on it and wanted almost $400! I did not authorize any type of work which is illegal! I paid him but I am not done. I am filing a complaint with the bureau of consumer protection and filing a civil complaint with my local magistrate! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Update: the owner of this place called me today, 10/23/19 and threatened me because I wrote the above review which he apparently did not like. I stand by my word....I never authorized any work to be done on my vehicle!! BEWARE!!!!! Update: I received a registered letter today 10/25/19 from the owner telling me if I don’t delete this post, he is asking legal action!"
