"Every time i come here for tires one leaks. Well i got tires 6 days ago, on Saturday, and it loses between 25-35 pounds a day, so i come today (Friday) and wait over an hour for nobody to take care of the issue they have created. I came to west side and within 10 minutes im good to go! Highly recommend anyone to go support West Side Tire!!!"

"I ask for American made tires. All he had were $189.00 each. I ask if that's all they had. He looked and said he could get another tired but had to order them. After stopping back to get them they only got 2 in. So I called a day or two later they weren't there. I went in this morning and had them put on to come home and look there made in Korea. Not happy after asking him before they put them on if there American made and he chose not to answer me. I called after seeing that and he can order me others at $20.00 more a tire. Not what I want to have to do but tell me some sizes are made here and others someplace else. Now I have to go back and get them redone after they come in. Come on give what the customer wants. This is the second time getting tires I ask for and there made somewhere I don't want them from. Get More America made in and support America."

"One day when I was 17 I got a flat tire took it over to get it patched Dom was there and when he seen how worn it was he said son u need new tires. At that time I literally had 10$ to my name and I told him so he put 2 new tires on for me and said when I had it to stop over, that Friday I took the first payment to him it was half. Come next Friday I took the 2nd payment he refused to take it. All he said was remember me when u need tires that man didn’t have to help me. To be honest he never as much as asked me for my name he just took care of a stranger. That’s why 20 urs later I still go there for tires. Bryan has since took over and he is also a great guy. Even the employees are amazing just all around good people."

"I like the service in the office. Brian is great. Good prices on tires. The last set of tires I got there I am questioning the balancing. I watched the guy doing it and the thing was not repeating. I said to the guy does it need calibrated. All he said is I don't know I just work here. It still has a slight vibration in the vehicle. Pa roads, vehicle, or balancer?"

"Always reasonable, they even gave me a tire to put on my truck while they fixed my blown sidewall on my tire. With the repaired tire they wouldn't have let me leave with it if they didn't feel that they that wouldn't let their family use that to tire. I've used them numerous times for patching holes in tires and they are always fast, fair, and reasonable. There still are some good business left. They aren't there to take you for all you have. Will always be a customer!"
