"I always had my oil changed by paying for the works. I found out from another dealership that they are supposed to check for recall or special events! Never was I told that the 2018 escape had issues. I feel the service I received was below par. If there is a know issue with the 2018 escape someone should have said something! My check engine light came on and they told me I had to change my motor for 6500 plus labor. If I went routinely for oil changes I should have been told about the issues! So I went to another dealership and traded my car. Never will I go back to Seneca Ford! Horrible service!!"

"This place is a rip-off! I spent well over two grand at this garage in the past year and they robbed me. I had an inspection and the Works done in March. They told me I would need brakes before my next inspection, so a couple months later I was going on vacation and wanted the brakes done before I left. I couldn't remember if they said back brakes or front, but figured they would have it noted in my record. So I got there and after looking, they replaced the rear rotors and pads. Of course, they found another $300+ repair that was necessary, too. We're talking 3 months since my inspection, but I guess that problem didn't exist then. They said I would need the front brakes, too, but they had to order them. I went back to get them done and told them I had a noise that I didn't have before. They determined the spring on the inner pad of the RR brake was missing and the pads were faulty (the new ones!). So, after all the repairs, there's still a noise. They determine that it's something that will cost me over $500 - NO! I went to another garage and within a minute, he determined my problem. With his finger, he wiggled the anti-rattle clip on the RR caliper, and said, "This is supposed to be tight; I shouldn't be able to move it." He encouraged me to take it to Ford, since they should be responsible, but I just paid him to do the work. I'll never go back to this rip-off place again!"

"Seneca Ford is truly amazing! I got a flat tired and pulled off the road at the first turn possible and it just happened to be the dealership. While on the phone with AAA an employee came out and offered to replace my tire with no charge. I was not expecting any help I just needed off the road but am so appreciative of their assistance. They were so beyond generous and helpful!"

"General service call, tech did not tighten lug nuts and wheel came off in parking lot. I understand sometimes accidents occur… and they apologized and the GM provided me his card… however simple “make it right” things did not occur such as refunding my service for the challenges (was on ford points, but was equivalent of $125)…. Or a simple call later that day “just to check up” would have certainly been appropriate actions to retain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Dealership is under new ownership and appears as if there is some ambiguity with culture there now… in general, this dealership has been good, however questioning what my relationship with them looks like going forward."
