"Had an unexpected issue while loading RZR 170 for Hatfield McCoy. They were willing to get us right in and did whatever it took for an emergency repair. The owner even came out to be sure everything was going well. Great service! Great people! Great prices! Highly recommended"

"This review is on behalf of my wife, whose first motorcycle experience was less than welcomed by World of Wheels in Seneca. James at the parts counter was VERY helpful for selecting a helmet and gloves for her and Duane (I’m pretty sure his name was) at service was excellent as well for going over maintenance and what-not.. so a star for the superb service there. The largest part of where this business fails is Terri in the office. The motorcycle was paid for via credit card because they accept that with a 3% fee (where a star was earned because that’s very convenient) and Terri knew this. Well she was doing her usual run down of warranty and my wife asked my opinion to which I said it’s not worth it because we planned on modifying it and we will be doing the oil changes ourselves. She PERSISTED to say “well it was built during the pandemic and that’s where a lot of problems seem to come from. Still, we declined additional warranty than factory. I then asked “how long do we have to increase the warranty if we did choose that?” And she says “anywhere within the first year but these rates are only going to get more expensive!” I blatantly said to my wife, it’s your choice but don’t let her fear you into buying it. I then left to test ride the bike before taking it home and after leaving she made the smart remark to my wife “Men never want these warranties”. YOU DON’T SAY?! Stop trying to corner people, that’s a terrible sales pitch. I understand that we didn’t buy any additional things to make your dealership any money (besides the safety items first mentioned) and we didn’t take a loan out so you aren’t getting your kickback but do you think I will come there to buy my next motorcycle or my next side by side? Absolutely not. Will I drive an hour or more to another dealer to not speak to Terri again? Yes yes and yes, even if gas is $10/gal. If you’re not making money because you’re eating the 3% credit card fee that you willingly accept then don’t take it on titles vehicles. Edit: Terri called my wife and apologized so I added a star onto the review for the consideration. Thank you for the phone call."

"I was referred to Brian at World of Wheels by a friend who works in the Power sports industry. Brian was helpful and informative,.Quoting was detailed and provided within minutes. I added accessories after the initial conversation and all were handled and complete prior to pick up. The location was clean and well organized. I was greeted and helped immediately. First class operation. Everything was done via phone."

"We took my grandson there to get him a new helmet and goggles for his birthday. There were three guys working behind the counter on computers and not one of them offered and sort of help to us. We did need he help to know how to fit, etc. I asked for someone to help us and and one guy said okay and stayed at the computer until I asked if he could show us some things then he came around but it was still like pulling teeth to get answers. If you've got another place you can go for what you need I would advise to do so. Maybe since I wasn't buying a four-wheeler or motorcycle or side by side I wasn't important enough."
