"Ordered pizza online for pick up in 2hrs. Got the email confirmation that they put the order in right away. Tried calling 7 times over a half hour to see what time it would be ready. No answer rang busy everytime."

"I remember a time when going to pizza hut was a big deal. Dim lighting, a salad bar for miles, table cloths, and those giant translucent red cups are just a few examples of great family memories. The pizza, as well as the service, was top notch. It actually felt like a fancy night out. Imagine that. Fast forward to today's pizza hut. I'm reviewing kittanning 's, but I am sure all apply. Simply put, the prices went way up, the service way down, and the quality farther down still. Please, corporate, send Faith to be checked by a physician for brain function issues. Her lack of managerial skill is only overshadowed by her complete carelessness of her customers. Her career choice of a "before" model in a before and after plastic surgery portrait would have still been a challenge, yet clearly a more achievable goal. I shan't be calling again. And what a ridiculous response from corporate only proving my point that there is no care given to their customer base. "Hope to see you again??" Seriously? If you took the time to read or listen to the issues and not send responses that insult my intelligence, maybe that would turn into revenue. I'm not sure which is more disgusting, the product or corporate malevolence. The response repetition is also a red flag of apathy towards a loyal base of customers. Do better or fail. It's up to you, Hut."

"I called in an order about 15 minutes before closing and the worker there was still very nice to me and the pizza melts were as delicious as usual. I arrived for pickup 2 minutes before closing and my order was done and complete and he handed it to me with a smile and a pleasant good night"
