"Well, I ordered a pizza, and was told 45-50 minutes..when I went to pick it up (it had only been 30 minutes, but I was willing to wait, I was not in a hurry at all). When I got home, and looked at it (35 minutes away from there) - I was completely appalled...The old Sirena's would have never sent a pizza looking like this out. It is so under cooked - raw in the middle...totally unable to eat..Seriously how hard is it to make pizza ? Are you really that busy that you can't make what you're known to make ?..I highly doubt it. I have been eating Sirena's for over 40 years, and I have always absolutely loved it....I was told (by one of your regular guy customers that my best bet is to leave a bad / negative review, because calling, and complaining wouldn't do me any good). That's really sad on your part...I won't mention the regular customer guy's name on this review, but I'm sure you know who I mean by now (if nothing else, by the name). Sirena's has been around for as long as I can remember, and it's a shame you won't make it right, when it is your staff that served raw, unable to eat pizza. You are giving Sirena's a bad name, maybe you should think of else to do to make a living...because making pizza is not working for you (your employees) at all. Shame on this "new" Sirena's - you're losing customers (more than just me...there are many more people that won't be back for pizza). I wish there was a way I could add pictures of my pizza to this review...because you really need to see what it looked like...it went right into the garbage."

"Pizza by the slice or get a whole pizza. I had the Pittsburgh Pizza and it's still the same I remember from years back!"

"I love Sirena. Seriously I do, my boyfriend and I both think they have some of the best pizza in Kittanning. However they said it would be an hour, it was maybe half an hour. I ordered a medium pepperoni and somehow ended up with a 16" and charged for it too. It was so undercooked we couldnt even touch it. Looked too big for the box too and half the cheese was all over the place. I understand it's almost a holiday weekend, and everyone is busy and stressed. I worked in a pizza shop for quite awhile and they would never let us send out a pizza that looked like this. Hoagies were delicious as always, but also seemed like they could have been toasted longer. I would have happily waited for my food if it would have been fully cooked. I've never had a pizza look so horrible."

"I will always compare a new sirenas to the original. Something about the orange booths and the salad bar that I can't remember ever having salad in. Hands down the best pizza at that point. Multiple owners and multiple changes result in a different experience of course. Still have it though, great atmosphere and great food. Definitely worth checking out, but I'm sure there are very few who haven't already. Please fix the sign. Please. They fixed it. Good job!"
