"I was just WOWed!!! By Crystal. Let me tell you why. I've been stopping at local fast food places this week. I'm beginning to think that that industry leaves alot to be desired. Kfc, asked for extra crispy. Didn't get that. Stopped at Wendy's burger tasted like it had been sitting for awhile fries were stale as well. So I really wasn't planning on stopping but what the heck. I walk in Crystal is busy behind the counter. Answers some questions for me takes my order and days about 10 minutes. I set my timer as i have no inner clock. I get my order get home about a 3 minute drive. I'm in the house when my 10min timer goes off. This pizza is picture perfect, hot and yummy. The wings were hot and great as well. Thank you for starting my weekend with great food."

"Great service from the phone order to counter pickup. The staff is very hardworking and friendly and gets the orders out lighting fast! One of the best Pizza Hut's I've been to lately, the quality of the products are amazing. Will definitely be back!"

"My sweetheart and I absolutely love Pizza Hut. My father used to bring me to our local pizza hut when I was a kid and after he passed I often frequent in lovely memory of him. Our pizza looked and tasted amazing. THOUGH… it wasn’t the pizza I ordered… we also ordered wings and bread sticks which we ate while our order was corrected… I was absolutely blown away after spending almost 60.00 on our order (medium hand tossed, with pepperoni, mushrooms and onions, a small order of bread sticks, 10 wings and two sodas) and then having the manager, after making the mistake on our original pizza order, asking us to PAY an ADDITIONAL charge to make the CORRECT pizza. I paid the difference IN CASH , they threw out the incorrect pizza and we waited quite a long time for our correct order. I was so disappointed. Did I MENTION I LOVE PIZZA HUT. I never give a less than great review but I was astonished."

"Horrible. Almost inedible pizza. I guess they really take the “thin crust” thing to heart because WOW it was thin. The cheese was burnt on top of the thin crust and pan pizza we ordered. Not to mention that the pan pizza we ordered was supposed to have pepperoni and barely any was on there. We got wings too, they were meh. Nothing special"

"I will only order if I have a coupon. It’s always ready and hot and tasty. Some staff is lacking in customer service and I don’t like the call center, I’d actually like to talk to the Pizza Hut I’m calling but I don’t think that’s going to change. The food 5 stars the call process 2 stars"
