"lobby is never open, do NOT order pickup from this location UNLESS YOU HAVE A CAR! they will refuse you service and pickup even if you have a proof of purchase and already paid. they wont hand it to you outside the door, wont let you pick it up inside, and will ignore you on the drive through intercom if you don't have a car. THEY WILL IGNORE YOUR PHONE CALLS TOO!!! most orders i get from this place are wrong. needs to be shut down, run by managers who don't care and employed only by teenagers who don't care about their job or customers and don't wear hairnets. SHUT THIS WENDY'S DOWN!!"

"Ordered a baconator and found a long hair in it. Also came to find out they forgot my 6pc once I got back home. Tried calling multiple times but they never answer. Time to get a district manager down there n put’m in check. Young kids these days just got no damn sense"

"Ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit, and received a biscuit with no chicken. Then I called multiple times to ask if I could return the order as I was already home and didn't want to waste gas. Guess what? They don't answer the phone either."

"Ordered a large double big bacon classic with fries and a diet ginger ale with orange flavor shot in it. I also used an app offer for a free small frosty. Fries tasted like they were there since opening (my order was at 3:21pm), no orange shot in my drink, and frosty was all melted like it's sat the entire time. Never ever going to order from that one ever again!"

"I ordered three biggie bags and an extra six piece nuggets for me and my family. Within the order, 18 nuggets were supposed to be spicy and the drinks were supposed to have no ice in them. To be honest, I was in a rush so i didn’t think to check but when i got home my nuggets were all regular and all my drinks had ice in them. The drinks weren’t really a big deal but i hate their regular nuggets so i drove back to get them switched out. Instead of it being a quick switch out, a big guy who looks like he lives in his mom basement gave me an attitude, didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, messing up the order, and whispered to his coworkers like i was lying about purchasing the items. Like seriously? Who has time to bring 18 nuggets back to lie about it? Usually I don’t complain about service at fast food restaurants or anywhere because i understand we’re all just human but this location frequently messes up orders, the wait in line is long, and if they mess up your order, they‘ll treat you like it’s your fault. I expect this type of thing from teenagers but not grown adults. Do better."
