"I can't speak highly enough of this family business ! My Luxery European Transmission was only 200 and a very fair 200 to ship, Dayton Freight even Lift Gate unloaded it for me without additional charge..... Buy HERE , and you won't regret it ! I sure will Buy again !"
"Ripped me off! I needed a handle for my 2004 Honda Odyssey. I found two new ones (painted) online. One for $303.00 and the other over $400. So, I decided to check salvage yards. Well Wagner's had one my color. It was for a 2003. They are supposed to be interchangeable from 1999-2004. So, I bought it for $35 plus tax. $37.10. A few days later, I remove my handle and my locking mechanism would not fit in the 2003 handle. So, I put my broken handle back on and order the $303.00 handle. Well, that online company didn't have it. So, I found one line that had black primer and I figure I could pay an auto body to paint it. All much more expensive than $37.10. Since I couldn't use the one, I bought from Wagner's, I wanted to return it. It was less than 60 days and they said to bring it back. Well, since their computer said it should have worked, they wanted to keep 20%. If it would've worked, it would have been on my van. So, they only refunded me $32.00. I spoke to a friend that works for Honda. He said the handles are interchangeable but not the locks. I would need to keep the one that came with the handle and have it rekeyed. So be careful buying parts off of them."
"Great. Had my part pulled and waiting at the front desk even though it took me a couple days to get down there to get it. Honest and helpful. Great prices also."
"I've been going to Wagner's for years. They're a little gruff sometimes, but I've always had good service there. When you run old German iron you need all the friends you can get! They have a fair selection of cars...mostly Japanese...but a decent selection of Europeans too. Once I had them cut the rear end out of an Infiniti J30 and found out it didn't have the LSD I was looking for. They were genuinely helpful and didn't complain when I declined the part. I've never bought anything like a motor or a gearbox from them though. Pluses include no admission fee, a very relaxed attitude, and there aren't a lot of punks. Minuses are the lack of a decent web site and no posted prices or specials. They're not unreasonable though, and they're always friendly with the regulars."
"They sold us a bad motor they claimed they fired it but they never checked the oil pan it had a blown head and a peice of the timing chain guide found in the slughe when we removed the oil pan. Then when we came to return it we notified them what day we we're going to bring it back and they closed 15 minutes early after we drove 45 minutes. The service was bad and both employees seemed to just have a bad attitude in general and they gave us a check not cash back like we used to buy it I would not recommend this place at all poor quality overall"
