"Another Advance Auto. The people there are always willing to help out."
"Want to be treated like a moron? Go to this store. They will explain why you are a moron also. 30 years working on Jeeps and I don't know anything. I asked if there was a resistor built into the bulb, correct answer is "no". The employee answer was "if the turn signal still blinks twice as fast then there is a wiring issue with your vehicle or you need to buy a new relay". Thanks bud, I went to Hovis and bought TWO bulbs for $2, not $30 for led bulbs, $16.29 for a relay and $? searching for a wiring problem......"
"I've been helped a number of times by a number of different people there, super friendly group that works at this location. Good location to go to if you're not quite sure of what you need, they've always been happy to help."
"Very odd situation in this store yesterday. I went there to inquire about a starter for my 2010 RAM. Upon entering the store I inadvertently was subjected to what was apparently the store manager having a complete meltdown like a 5-year-old with what appeared to be another customer. The man behind the counter identified himself as the store manager and was screaming and yelling about a customer not wearing a protective face mask. I understand we live in a world that is preached to about having fear day in and day out. But this manager was acting like a 5-year-old child on a school playground and thinking the customer had walked in with exposed leprosy on their body. I personally will avoid ever shopping at that location ever again. And as a business owner I would suggest the owner of that location to reevaluate who he is hiring to manage his business. Better yet pull your store security cameras storage to view the unprofessional behavior of your employees."
"Went in to quick buy a tire gauge - one cashier on phone, another outside - cashier got a second call, placed on hold & continued with first, other cashier came in took customer behind me, long transaction & other cashier finished first call & immediately took second call, & there I stood with my $3.00 item. Yes small purchase but really, customer service sucks. Needless to say, I put item down & left."
