"It's close to the turnpike and has a decent amount of parking with several convenient entrances. The lanes have a mechanical pin mechanism, which I much prefer, but we did have a couple occasions where it messed up. We could edit scores ourselves, but you can't do simple things like clear the pins if it did something stupid. Getting someone to fix the issues didn't take too long. The ball return felt slower than I'm used to. The bowling screen/control thing is very lack luster and not extremely intuitive. It felt like I was viewing a poor 90s website through a child's tablet. We were there for an adults birthday and we could only switch the screen from a birthday motif, a dinosaur one, and two other childish ones. We did see people with more professional, "normal" looking screens, but maybe ours was locked into child mode or something. Waitresses and service can not be hailed from the screen. Food orders can not be put in from the screen. The screens behind the lanes appeared very bright, however the lighting was a bit dim generally which kind of makes that easier. The lighting is bad for getting pictures as you can see in my examples which may be a factor if you are considering an event. Also the lighting makes it basically impossible to see the markers on the floor when bowling which seems kind of crazy. We aren't professional bowlees by any means, but this didn't help. The booth/table arrangement was not great. We had six people and it was very cramped. If you had a drink it was very difficult to set it down anywhere you'd be able to easily retrieve it. Essentially the booth seats are very deep compared to a normal bowling alley, which is totally wasted, because there are tables which block access into the booths unless you want to constantly shuffle people in and out. We tried to just push the tables into the booth which left very little room between our table and the neighbors table. I felt like I was being rude to our neighbors and our own playersby just existing as there is nowhere sane to stand unless you back the whole way out of the booth area where there is another table for drinks and pizza. There are many lanes which were not totally full, however the staff was absolutely above their heads. There was a private area that I believe may have had more lanes, but we did not enter that area. This was a Sunday in the evening. We were told that we would have a waitress for our group, which isn't supposed to be some special thing for our group. Our group was also less than half the size of what we reserved, so they sound have been more than prepared for our group. I don't think the waitress stopped by once, and we were looking. Going to the bar to get a drink was total chaos. There were two bartenders, one of which looked like she couldn't care less, moved slowly, and adjusted her lip gloss before interacting with customers. The other was much more attentive, but she still ended up talking to another coworker and not serving drinks for at least a minute while 6 or 7 people are queued for drinks. I waited 5 minutes or so for service the first time, 3 minutes or so the second time, and another 4/5 minutes the third time. I egregiously took other people's spots in line as the girls had no idea who was in what order and I must have been lucky, so the wait could have been longer, especially for someone who is shorter or not very assertive. If this were a club, those wIt times would still be annoying, but as a bowling alley where you might have five minutes between turns, anyone who wants to get a drink is going to stand a high chance of having their annoyed friends weight for them. As lanes are rented by time, any inefficiency with service is essentially stolen game time, as are the game breakages. The girls also messed up two of my three drinks. Using top shelf in one drink after specifically asking me and me clearly responding and using the wrong mixer in another drink. Drinks were pricey Pizza was fair. Greasy in a good way for me. I don't think any of our group were impressed."

"This place is a lot of fun. Everything looks great there. A really nice improvement on the old buildings appearance. I write this review as a parent of a child on the spectrum. This is not Funfest anymore. It is much busier, flashier, and hectic. It's a fun environment for most, but I did want to share that information for parents planning birthdays without having been here in a while. Again, still a great place, but be wary if you are affected by loud noise or flashing lights in any regard."

"Lots of good games, but each is expensive. They ranged from 50 cents up to $2-3. Use of a credit card type swipe and play makes it EASY to use, but the credits go fast and usually it's for only one cycle in each game. The staff is great and very understanding 5 Star Review for them. The environment is loud, so conversations are hard to have, whether in the arcade or bowling alley. But groups can have some team building time. My daughter and I had fun"
