"It looks very nice, but even though it said it was open on Google Maps it seemed very closed to me. End of the season perhaps? Closed for repairs? One would think that there would at least be a sign."
"Park was good for my toddler because they have a few rocking rides for him to play on as well as the usual baby swing and slide. Wish it wasn't at the bottom of a big hill, though!"
". My siblings got the police called on them because they had shirts and shorts on in the pool. I wouldn’t have had a problem with the life guards decision to tell them to leave or call the police on them if they would’ve stopped them at the door, but they were in the pool for two hours before getting kicked out. I just feel that the staff at the Brentwood pool need to come together and be more stern on the rules and not picking choose when they want to follow them. I feel that my siblings should’ve been stopped at the door before they even paid. About their clothing. We’ve been coming there since last year and they have always had a shirt and shorts on and now after two hours of being in the pool now something is being said I think it’s confusing. You can’t be mad at somebody when you allowed it and now you’re switching it around like they’re in the wrong. Brentwood pool needs to do better. It seems like something like this is happening all the time some people are allowed to do it. Some people aren’t some days it’s cool some days it’s not. They let some people go some people get the cops called on them. I don’t mind following the rules, but the rules need to be put down from the door. Not when you feel like it"
"Fabulous little playground with a great variety of activities for the littles. Lots of space to run around in. Decent amount of shade with the big trees. The ground has that bouncy rubber stuff, which is nice. A few gazebos, benches, and shelters to picnic in... One of those accessible large swings for big kids... There was a security guard hanging out, which was nice. There's also a fun looking swimming pool with cool slides that non-residents can pay to use. Adding a note that parking was a little confusing here. We circled the neighborhood lol. Google maps doesn't really show the tiny road by the community center, off of Brownsville Rd.. That's where the little parking lot is. There's another road on the map that looks like you can drive on it, but it's a really long sidewalk down a hill into the neighborhood."
"Cute park with a nice looking swimming pool! Went to the football stadium for a great, competitive game against Brentwood!! This was by far the most exciting game this season! Brentwood put up a good fight but QUAKER VALLEY took the W (16-12)!!! Well deserved win as the refs were the worst refs ever!!! They tried to keep us down but couldn't stop them for pulling out the victory! The concession stand had great food and the bathrooms were well kept and very clean. QUAKER VALLEY STRONG! #21 is that dude!!!!!!"
