B-Y Park

"A nice and pretty little park with a pond you can walk around, a playground for kids, and there is a little overlook trail that goes up to the hill top above the park. Also adjacent to the heritage trail."

"Dirty park. Sorry not sorry the geese crapped EVERYWHERE. Quiet at 7am. The fishing pond is on the dirty side with lots of visible trash, left over fishing lines. Nice place to stop along the bike trail tho. Bike rack + restrooms, but watch where you walk thru the geese poop."

"The bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The park was just quiet enough to be enjoyable. No trash on the ground. Caught 3 bluegill. Watched turtles push our bobbers around. Had a great morning!"

"A harbor of peace and nature. A big pond with fish to catch and geeze to watch. A playground for kids and access to a bike trail. Don't tell anybody because crowds may spoil it."

"This is a beautiful Park. There are fish in the pond and plenty of people go fishing. There is a small fishing pier and benches on swings! Geese can usually be seen in or around the pond. There is a gravel trail circling the pond and some people use it to walk laps, however the gravel can be uncomfortable if you're wearing track shoes. There are picnic shelters surrounded by well tended grass that looks like a putting green on a golf course! Asphalt driveways lead from the parking lot to the picnic shelters. It is well landscaped with picturesque rocks strategically-placed around the area. The surrounding hills, the pond, the shelters and the whole scene is just beautiful. It's right next to the bicycle trail and there is plenty of parking. The facilities are clean and well-maintained and with indoor plumbing. You would be hard-pressed to find a nicer or prettier Park."
