"He did brakes and rotors and we told him to rotate tires he did a good job on the brakes and rotors tightened up the front tires never tightened no lug nuts on both back tires almost lost both back tires. I don't know what's going on with all these garages in New Castle but he's the third one that hasn't tightened up tires on our car. I don't have nobody in New Castle do our tires ever again."
