"Our family has been coming to WeWanChu Cottages for 35 yrs. This year was exceptional. Our group numbers 30-40, 3 generations. The facilities were in good condition. Improvements have been made to many of the cottages this season. Owner Peter and his staff Dave, John, Ann and Brandi were attentive to all our needs and requests. Cottage were immaculate. Indoor pool is a nice feature, in addition to beach, volleyball area, and basketball court. Great fishing right off the dock. Our family rents a fishing boat yearly, and Pete’s fleet of rentals are well maintained. This is an excellent choice for a family lakeside vacation."

"Wow! What an amazing place to stay. This place is everything you want for a wonderful family vacation especially if you enjoy being a lake Chautauqua as we do. The cottages were clean and absolutely wonderful. It's quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which again was very clean and simpley relaxing. The owner, Peter, was welcoming and made everything from the reservation process through to check out so easy. I can't say enough great things."

"We had a very nice time during our stay at We Wan Chu Cottages. I am wheelchair bound and rented one of their accessible townhomes right on the lake. There was a beautiful view of the lake and the Miller Bell Tower in the distance right from our deck. They have an indoor saltwater pool that also has a lift for those in a wheelchair that my kids really enjoyed. The only negative was my older son brought his own car and was warned about speeding (Rightfully So!) which is good they keep a close eye on things and make sure it is family friendly."
