"New BnB affiliated with the Chatauqua Institution. Arie, the on-site chef, is great. She prepares the best full breakfast including baking all the muffins and scones that are on the buffet each morning. Made to order eggs as well if you prefer that to the buffet offerings. Beds and bedding are new and comfortable. Baths are refurbished as well. Furnishings in the common area do not reflect the overall quality of the property. Room for improvement at first impression, but a great stay overall"
"The best part about staying here is the SPECTACULAR breakfast! A huge homage spread from quiche, pancakes, eggs, fruit, etc. the homemade scones and muffins are some of the best I have ever had!!"
