"Refused to see me because I had Covid, said they would swab me and give me a work note. They did swab me than said they would call me either way. Next day refused me a work excuse cause a “physician” didn’t see me. They refused me and rushed me out of there. Then denied they ever said this when I called them, plus never received a call from them. I was wearing a mask and broke no policy and got refused medical attention. My fever spiked 5 days after testing positive for Covid. They never took a temperature or any other vitals, just swabbed me and said three times! Don’t worry about a work slip we’ll call you. Neither happened. I did test positive for Covid again than got a bunch of attitude from the receptionist on the phone when I challenged them, terrible experience."

"I needed blood work done. I came in after work and there were 2 people waiting at the window. I just waited my turn. They saw the others but when it was my turn they closed the window in my face and preceeded to complain about the other patients they just seen... sorry to tell them that their window is not sound proof. I waited 15 minutes with no greeting. No one asked me to take a seat in the meantime. I was pretty upset with how I was treated. This place will be the last place I go unless I was literally dying. I ended up leaving. I guess I will just go to the hospital for my bloodwork."

"Everyone I encountered was super nice, knowledgeable and really listened to me. All staff took the time to explain things to me and discuss my issue. I was not aware they had an xray machine on site which saved me another trip that I expected to have to make. I highly recommend this facility."

"Can't say enough great things about Dr. Rico! I don't usually like to go to rapid cares or doctors because I have a complicated underlying health issue but Dr. Rico takes his time and discovers the best possible option for treatment and is very understanding so I feel extremely comfortable going here, knowing that I will be taken care of. Great bedside manner and very friendly. The receptionists and other staff are wonderful too. I highly recommend for people to go here versus other rapid care offices."

"I’m giving 5 stars because the care I received was prompt and excellent from the provider, medical assistants, and others. But I will say that the receptionist at the desk was incredibly rude and looked at me as if I were an idiot when I spoke. She perhaps needs training on how to deal with patients. Her attitude almost caused me to walk out, but I decided to stay and I’m glad I did. Aside from her, I had a great experience."
