The treads were exposed steel, when I asked for assistance they told me to drive 30 min back to the location and have them order another part. It would take 3-5 days. I am like most people and need my truck to get to work, I cannot wait an additional 3-5 days. This is the last time I will be purchasing from advance auto parts unless they reach out to correct the issue or explain why they are selling used parts."
