"We ordered a pepperoni pizza, the pizza did not come with any pepperoni. We added bacon to one side of it. We called back to tell them they did our order wrong, and the guy who won’t give us his name, says he’s the manager said he made it himself and called me a liar. Argued with us on the phone and we just wanted them to give us another pizza on another day. We did not want to drive all the way back today. He called us liars and said that 9/10 times people call just to get something free. I even offered to send him a photo. He continued to argue with us and say rude comments to us on the phone even after we said we were done arguing. WORST experience I’ve ever had at a pizza place. The pizza wasn’t even cut, it ripped into other pieces as you took one. I’m super upset, and could not believe someone wouldn’t train him properly. He said he was the general manager but wouldn’t give me his name"
