Bonnell's Collision Center Erie

"I do not recommend Bonnell Collision the first time that I took my car there they did shotty work. I had to go back in for a repair and when I picked it up it was totally disgusting inside and I had it detailed before dropping it off. So now we come to the second time. For them to fix their mistake from the first time and some more damage that was done to my vehicle. They lied to the insurance and said that they put the Malibu symbol on that they ordered for over $100. I don't know whose car it was placed on but it definitely wasn't mine. When I went into my inside of my car again it was Dusty and covered in some kind of white paste on all the Chrome. I've tried to be patient with them as I understand that they're really busy but the last time the second time I was there they actually made me cry from frustration. I will never go to Bonnell Collision again and I would never recommend their services to anybody."

"I had collision work due to damage from a deer, and chose Erie Bonnell's Collision. They completed repairs in 4-days, and my car looked as good as new. They also washed my car and it looked great. Their prices were very fair and the service team was wonderful."

"Update: The regional manager did call me 2 months after my car has been returned to me improperly repaired. The only reason someone called to offer a verbal apology was because of my previous negative google review. Incredibly sad state of affairs here. After a 7 day estimate of repairs, they had the parts for 11 days before they started work on the car. 7 days later I received a finished product with a front bumper that didn’t fit under the lights, a back bumper that wasn’t even completely attached & began separating from the body. Runs in the paint job. Upon further inspection, other items were cracked underneath & were just repaired with glue. Manager said right away he’d contact my insurance to fix things and he never called me back. He didn’t even call me to say I’m waiting on insurance. He just never called back. I have had my car repaired here in the past & they have done an excellent job right down to the last detail. I think it is under new ownership as the old man has sold out to retire. Erie will find out real fast this isn’t what it used to be."
