"When it's raining. It of course gets muddie. Bathrooms were somewhat clean. Enough In door room. Area for food to be served. Large areas that are covered outside. Big fields all around for outdoor activities (weather permitting)"

"5 stars for the facility. 0 stars for the driveway. If you can generate enough $$ to build a stage, you can invest a little $$ into the driveway. That driveway will surely test your motorcycle riding skills...can't imagine how many smaller/low cars have bottomed out going in or out of there."
