"Highly recommend trusting these guys with your vehicle. I have had a handful of people tell me to go here. After having issues and dealing with another shop I stopped by here, they dialed me in and had me back on the road quick and done right."
"This place was recommended to me when I moved from the east side of town and am I ever thankful! Only a mile and a half from where I live, this is my "go to" place for inspections! Mike and the gang have taken care of my family's cars for TWELVE years! Not only do they sell tires and do inspections, need just wiper blades? This is your place! Are you stranded at the gas station with a dead battery? This is your place! We've been in these situations and knew the guys at Tires for Less would come through for us....oh and dont forget if you need an oil change, YES, this is your place!! Looking forward to patronizing this place for many years to come!!Thanks fellas!!!"
"Dropped my vehicle off early in the morning to get new tires Put on was called and told. I had a stripped bolt. They could not get the wheel off because of a Stripped bolt so I had to go back. Take my car to another shop where they took the wheel off right away because there was nothing stripped. I can't believe that's what I get for being a repeat and loyal customer! Well not anymore will never go back..."
"Had went in around 11am with 4 new wheels and 4 new tires to get balanced and mounted and to be put onto my car. Upon walking in I was told it would be a 2-3 hour wait for this to be completed, a little long but whatever, there are people in front of me, all good. So I ask the guy at the front desk “hey man is it cool since I have 4 tires and rims here that I just leave and you guys give me a call when they’re about to be done and I’ll come back and we just put the tires on? I live 5 minutes away” He says sure that’s fine and hands me my keys. No problems. I call around 2:10pm (3 hours later) and ask for a status. They said they’re just about to be done mounting and balancing them. Awesome. So I go back, and I’m told I’ll have to wait an additional 2-3 hours if I want the tires to be put on my car. I ask why is that, I just waited 3 hours? They said because I left and others came in. I was in there at 11am before any of these people showed up but now I’m pushed to the back of the line because I left? If the guy would’ve mentioned “hey if you leave and come back you might have to wait a while to get them put on” I wouldn’t have left. But I was never informed of this and the guy even said that was fine if I left. Complete miscommunication from business to customer, and I blame the whole first come first serve idea. If there were scheduled appointments, none of this would’ve happened and would’ve taken 60-80 minutes max, but they expect me to wait up to 6 hours for 4 tires mounted, balanced, and put on. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 (1 now) because they did do the job I asked. But pushing me to the back of the line when I was there hours ago made me feel like they don’t value me. I live 5 minutes from this place and they could’ve easily waited until I was next in line and even called me to say “Hey man these tires are almost done if you wanted to get back up here so we can get them put on and take care of other customers!” I would’ve done that and I even told them I live close so give me a call when they’re almost done and I’d come right back. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you go in exactly when they open, have a ride home and back, or if you have nothing better to do than sit there for hours waiting for a simple job to be done. EDIT TO OWNER: I’m appalled by the way you react to bad reviews on your business but it’s expected that your ego won’t allow you to accept maybe you did something wrong. I didn’t show up on November 1st, I showed up on November 3rd. So no, had nothing to do with snowfall or first day of studs and shows how inflated your ego truly is because you didn’t even bother to look when I came in and instead choose to sit here and insult a customer and tell them their bad experience was their fault. Also your store is on west ridge road, 5 minutes traveling from car can be a bit much to walk. I live on 35th and Zuck, nobody would walk that. Also I stated that your guys could call when they START my job or about to start my job. If it takes 5-10 minutes PER tire, that leaves about 20-40 minutes of time I can get there in 5 minutes, no lifts/bays would be left empty, and you wouldn’t have to “stop production” So big difference, and makes sense. The end of your response makes me feel like you’re a control freak. “Squeeze around our system” you mean saving myself time? Nobody was squeezing around anything. I had 4 wheels and 4 tires and didnt have to wait 2-3 hours. You’re just mad that it actually makes sense and I’m not stuck in your teeny waiting room. Also it’s no wonder your building lost power, it’s a dilapidating dump that looks like it hasn’t been renovated since the place was built. Also you may have missed the part where I said “I wouldn’t have left if I knew I was giving up my place in line, and the person working said it was fine and didn’t mention it” meaning it would be nice to have maybe a little better communication with your customers. Seeing how you react to bad reviews I fully expected this and hopefully people see that and don’t choose this place because of the way the owner acts."
"Had the shop pull out balancing beads and remount tires and balance with weights. When the remounted them I had my pressure checked and it was a difference of 15 psi from tire to tire. Not only that but they couldn’t tell me I had tire chopping and that was probably why I had shaking in my truck. I replaced tires and come to find out they didn’t even remove all the balancing beads. I was charged over $200 for this trash service and they didn’t even complete what they charged me for."
