Domino's Pizza

"I had a very pleasant experience picking up a few pizzas tonight. I was greeted by the cashier with a genuine, warm smile...my pizzas were fresh out of the oven by the time I got there...under 15min. Hot, crispy, loaded with cheese...served up with a smile... 5 star service for sure, especially the gentleman that handed me my pizzas. Ideal customer service. I will most likely be doing carryout over delivery from now on."

"I often treat my coworkers to lunch. We often get pizza, wings and pastas. I have to say the last at least 5 times I got pastas there they were AMAZING!! All the food we get is delicious but the pasta was absolutely delicious to the very last bite!! I was there on 1-5-24 at around 1pm and not only was the pasta bowls we got the absolute BOMB the workers were extremely friendly, kind and helpful!! Fantastic job Ashtabula Dominos!!!"

"usually have a great experience and have been a loyal customer for years. this time was different. rude staff, they seemed irritated I was even there. they refused to accept my 100 dollar bill when it's only posted on a tiny section of the door. spent 20 minutes figuring out how to break change. finally got my order and left. got half way home and realized my pizza was wrong. returned to have it fixed to be greeted with more rudeness and impatience. I will consider driving well out of my way to other stores due to this terrible interaction. I hope you do better for the next customer"
